Phone inquiries and related services may be temporarily interrupted this week while we complete the conversion to remote customer service to keep our staff safe at home. Inquiries placed on the website will be replied to via email or a call from a website design or marketing specialist, however due to the crisis, you may get our voicemail, please leave a message and the best number to call you back on and a website design or marketing specialist will get back to you in an hour or less during normal business hours. Our Website is available 24/7. All websites will continue to be managed 24/7. All online website inquiries and service requests will continue to be processed. Please feel free to call us during our normal business hours for any inquiries regarding existing services or to obtain assistance with new services, as we will have a crew that will be logging in remotely to continue to work on websites; new websites, maintenance, update requests, blogging and seo marketing.
Call Center Information
Our call center and related services will conform to the official “stay-at-home” order from the State of California by having all our web designers and marketing specialists working remotely. We anticipate bringing them back when the State of California advises businesses that it is safe to do so.
We will do our best, even in the toughest times. Inquires will be addressed in the order received, however fulfillment may experience delays. We will be updating this page frequently as events unfold and thank you for your patience.
